I am writing a review to WARN others that this property is NOT SAFE. I was traveling with my daughter and we were booked for 3 nights. From the very get-go there were red flags. Upon entering the main lobby, the doors were locked as an angry man was pacing around the front walkway and the desk clerk had to let us in. After checking in we arrived to our room and the door to our room had pieces of wood missing where it looked like it had been pried open at some point--this was unsettling, but the door closed and latched solidly.
The room itself was fine, but the shower was lukewarm and did not drain, so I had to shower in a bath of my own water, which felt so gross.
The concerning part is that the first night we were awakened and kept up by a couple arguing in the hall screaming at each other and slamming doors. This continued for hours. I tried multiple times to reach the front desk with no answer. It died down, and first thing in the morning I went down and spoke to the front desk. He was completely unfazed, said they've been there for "awhile" but he assured me it would not be an issue moving forward.
The following night we awoke after midnight to the same again and my daughter and I were terrified as it got worse for hours. We again could not reach anyone at the front desk and we felt too unsafe to exit the room and barracaded ourselves behind the door with luggage. The police were contacted and there was a huge scene outside.
Worst hotel experience ever and UNSAFE!
