We had got to the hotel at 11pm to check in. I ran into a snag which we were working out the snag. While I was working out the snag there was a change in the staff in the lobby. The gentleman was just got on shift told me if it was him he would have had me ask for a refund and find another hotel. I have been going to this hotel for several months without any issues. Once I work out the snag he said his coworker said to finish checking me in. Not the best customer service for the hotel staff to say he would have made me ask for a refund and find another hotel. Other than that beds are comfy.

Ok for big family

The room was nice and spacious. The pull out bed felt as if it were broken, very uncomfortable to sleep on. The floors were filthy. My little one & I walked around barefoot & our feet were BLACK! It was really gross. Also we got an email asking when we were checking out, I selected 12pm. Then we got bothered 3 times by the maids & once by phone all before it was 12pm! Why ask what time we are leaving if you are going to bug us constantly? The staff was very nice & helpful, but I did not enjoy those issues, but food was nearby and walkable so that was nice.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. At 1:57am there were two men in a screaming match and one man was telling the other to squeeze the trigger. Hotel management did nothing about this situation and this went on for about 20min until the one man left. On top of that the ground was filthy, bathtub was dirty and bed was not comfortable. Stay anywhere else but here!!!

This was a last minute booking cause last hotel look like a homeless encampment But on arrival staff was helpful and nice. Facility looked maintained Entering room was clean and beds where comfortable. Price was average but would stay again if ever in that area.
