We didn’t last 30 minutes being checked into the room. As soon as we exited our car, walking to our room a guy on the third floor asked if our car was a rental, then proceeded to try and barter a price for it. Within 15 minutes of being inside the room, I killed 3 cockroaches. The floor in the room was sticky and the feel of the property just felt unsafe with a tall metal fence surrounding it. Just a bad experience from the get go.

The online pictures of your hotel do not show that you have to enter through doors from the outside. Unfortunately, the parking lot is a little bit scary. I would not have chosen this place. If I knew we had doors that open to the outside public.

A guest left 5 dogs in their room and they barked throughout the night and early morning. Front desk was contacted several times but they did nothing until the following morning. The sheriff was called to the room where the dogs were and animal control was called to take the dogs. We were not offered a different room or any apologies for the inconvenience. We will NEVER book this hotel again.

We were able to change rooms as I apparently had book a handicap accessible room in error. We were able to change rooms on the second day which was a lot quieter and more accommodating for myself and grown granddaughter. Very appreciative to Mark doing that for us!
