Dirty room, but Josh was great

Josh was great, but room request was ignored, and first person who worked with me felt dismissive and rude. Dont remember his name. Room was SUPER dirty and the bed smelled like something had died. Fridge didnt work and all my food was ruined.

Gross - animal urine smell in dog-friendly room

Hated this stay. The room smelled like cat pee. There was droplets of blood on the floor and the blind was dirty. I needed a staycation with the family and small dog while our house was under renovation. Wouldn't say again. Our dog has stayed in numerous hotels and we've never been somewhere that smelled so bad.
