The first 427 room the TV or the phone didn’t work and the ladies at the front desk didn’t seem to care they told me they was going to seen someone in a 1. After I thought about I asked if I can change room they did offer to change my room she asked you sure you can’t wait for 1 hour. I said no can you change it please. This morning at breakfast no plates no hot water bread container was empty the toaster was broken. I have stayed at this hotel several time before nothing like this also the older guy that was at this desk this morning was rude I thought it was just towards me but it was for whoever that was check he gave no eye contact he said in the drop box and continued looking at the computer.

We are happy about our room. It is large more room to walk. The mattress, pillow and comforter is very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. The breakfast buffet is good
