Went to take a shower and unfolded the towel. It had a long black hair in it. Gross! So, I grabbed the other towel, it also had a black hair on it! I called down to the front desk and asked for a new clean set of towels. He did, however 1 of them had a long black hair!!!! Nightmare! I asked to talk to a manager and was told she was not there. They took down my complaint, apologized, but no manager ever contacted me. It has been two weeks now. I will never stay here again.

At 12:19 am, i had to call the front desk because there were people laughing and running around that woke me up from my sleep. Front desk advised me they would check it out. I dont know if they are renovating but the base of the floors were removed and some wall paper peeled off in the 3rd floor hallway.

I was warned that men would be laying carpet in my hallway the next day... that tonight there'd be no carpet in the 3rd floor hall. I said that would be fine. I stepped off the elevator and both feet were in glue that the guys were waiting to lay carpet on. I had no idea and there was no place for me to go. They yelled for me to stop, I had to take off my shoes (now with glue on the bottoms) and find my room barefoot. What a mess!

So so

Ok but not great. Hot tub not working. Couldn’t get anyone to plunge toilet after multiple requests so we had to go to the lobby to use restroom. Air conditioner wouldn’t cool enough for comfort.
