Great location and clean

I had an amazing stay! I travel to Roseville about every two months for work, and this location is perfect. This Holiday Inn is by far the cleanest and best one I’ve ever stayed at. The only issue I had was when I needed a late checkout. I asked if I could check out at 12 p.m. since I had to conduct an interview for my company, but I was told it wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked. I even asked if I could stay until at least 11:30 a.m., and they still said no. When I checked online, I noticed there were still plenty of rooms available for that day. Because of that, I had to take my interview call from the parking lot of the Holiday Inn. Even with that small issue, because of all the work I had to do in Sacramento, I ended up staying an extra day. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I’ll definitely be back!

Great Service

The breakfast was great; many options, good coffee also. The rooms were spacious and clean, nice showers/ bathrooms. The refrigerator came in helpful for leftovers, and the staff was able to store our cooler freezies in their ice box at the front desk. Extra supplies of towels and toiletries was exceptionally welcomed. And booking extra stays in the same room really helped.

The bed was sloped inon the right side, and the bedding was not changed before we got there. It had a bad body odor on the sheets and pillow cases. We had to go down to the front desk and get all new sheets and bedding and change it ourselves.
