I stayed here while in town for a friend’s wedding. A lot of the wedding guests were at this hotel, and it turned out to be a great choice overall. The location couldn’t be better: it’s super close to the venues and right off the freeway, but still in a quiet, clean area. There’s also a nearby shopping center with some nice stores (and a few up-and-coming spots) which made it convenient.
The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Coffee is always available in the lobby, which I really appreciated.
The only issue we ran into was with the room’s AC. It would cool perfectly while running, but as soon as it stopped after reaching the set temperature, the room would heat up really fast. We tried resetting it a few times without luck. It ended up being a bit of a balancing act either slightly too cool or too warm and when we asked for an extra comforter, they had run out. Understandable since we checked in late on the first night, but even the next day they didn’t have extras available.
Other than that, service was great. The breakfast staff especially stood out. They were cheerful, attentive, and kept everything stocked even as breakfast hours were ending.
All in all, a clean, convenient, and friendly place to stay. If they can sort out the AC and have a few more extra linens on hand, it would easily be a 5-star experience.
