Room smelly. 99% Spanish staff are rude. Coaches in kitchen. Broken microwave with short outlet. They are remodeling now. Noisy. Lots of homeless around. This unsafe location except price.

Wasn’t not a pleasant stay. Room was dirty and old food was left behind in the microwave it was disgusting. Brought that down to the desk and they didn’t care. Missing the hair dryer in the room and the coffee pot was broken. There was no luggage carts to bring up or down all our luggage. The breakfast was very busy and lots of kids running around the area spilling food. Iv never wrote a bad review but I would not stay again.

Top latch of room door was broken and when I alerted this to the front desk to get it replaced they were not receptive and did not replace the lock during my stay. There was also a stain on my bedsheet.
