Convenient location, nice to have 3 bedrooms and two baths in Sac, plenty of restaurants and activities in walking distance, good off street parking. However, kitchen is comically ill-provisioned (4 shot glasses but only 2 drinking glasses, 4 forks, no mixing bowls, etc.), rugs are dirty, and king bed frame kept falling apart.
