Front desk was very pleasant. Not overly intrusive or superficially bright, which was appreciated. My only feedback is to please remind guests w/ kids / teenagers to be mindful of running up/down hallways and yelling. It can be very loud. This is a frequent issue when I stay.

I enjoyed the quietness of the area. Didn't like that I could not control the thermostat. I believe it was either pre-set or controlled by the front desk.....it got too cold at times.
