Room was clean, staff was really non existent, which was ok. The breakfast was just small muffins,packaged oatmeal, and breakfast bars. Not much. Overall, it served the purpose of my trip. Just a place to sleep.

Perhaps I’ve become accustomed to nice hotels being awarded a low star rating as opposed to low star hotels receiving a 2 1/2 to 3 star rating, but this place served its purpose, and I actually got a good nights sleep, but it looks nothing like the pictures of the three rooms we had rented. It was a hodgepodge of mismatched furnishings chest of drawers with missing handles and draw faces falling off them, combined with cigarette burned countertops.

It was okay

I was relocating and I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while I was in the process of vacating my apartment. This ESA was okay. Pros—the AC was good and there were places to eat nearby. Cons—the stove didn’t seem to work and the elevator conked out. This place was okay, but I’ve had better ESAs.

cockroach problems 8/4 and 8/6 • The manager has walked into my room already without knocking 8/5, • People have gone to the bathroom on the stairs literally next to my room and there is a lot of homeless sleeping outside, I didn't want to seem ungrateful, but I feel uncomfortable there,
