front desk was very un helpful! i asked for a rag and got we dont have any extras? What hotel doesnt have a ton of rags? Anyway i wont stay here again since they cant be bothered to find me a rag! Customer service is non exsistant here. Makes me wonder who they hire!

Worst stay ive ever had at any hotel. Extremely noisy guests slamming doors with screaming children at 11pm, front desk didnt do anything to resolve it. The hot tub was broken and we had broken things in our room.

I have no complaints about this place; I thought it was excellent, both the price and the service. The breakfast was also very good, with great service from the staff at breakfast. All the facilities were clean, customer service was perfect, the room was delivered on time, the room itself was clean and spacious enough, parking was easy, and it’s in a good area for transportation.
