I checked in that went well staff was nice. I get to my room they there is only 1 bar of soap to wash your hands after bathroom use and to wash your body. I went to the front desk to ask for an additional bar of soap and they didn’t have not one more single bar of soap which I found very disappointing. They gave me a room that has a patio, but there’s no patio furniture to sit on which I found strange. The area of the hotel is not save a lot of homeless sitting on stairs near our door entrance and walking around the area. I wouldn’t recommend if you have small kids if you’re looking for something cheap and simple then this is the place for you.

Bed sheets were stained, the heater fan broke in the middle of the night and was very loud, we asked for towels and asked for them three times before they came to our room, we asked for new sheets they said they didn’t have house keeping and would move us to a different room but the room was to small for our family then they gave us new sheets but they too were stained!! In the morning the fuse went out and we couldn’t see very well to get ready as it happened at the sink and mirror area and they wanted to move us to a different room to get ready but it was clear down the hall and we didn’t have time luckily my husband had a flash light so we could see.. The hotel service and room was terrible and would never stay there again!! All they offered was points that I don’t need!! Would love to have had a refund!

Front Desk Carlos was vey efficient and friendly. Clean room and QUIET. We were in the building farthest away from the highway so freeway noise was not an issue. Would like to see some free weights in the small weight room

The room was terrible, found a small cockroach under the sink, mattress was uncomfortable. The shower was another issue the spout did not work, long hair in the shower which was slow drain so you had to shower in standing water. Trash right outside our room. I would suggest staying anywhere but here. Try at your own risk. If it wasn’t so late and not refundable, I would have gone elsewhere. After all this, wasn’t going to attempt to check out the free breakfast. Left as early as possible the next morning.
