This is a really nice hotel, conveniently located. The first day I arrived the restaurant was very busy with general customers for Sunday brunch, and it was almost impossible to get the free breakfast. Aside from that it was excellent!

Just as an advise, please check the guess refrigerator and count the items while entering in your room, that way you evict misunderstandings because if there is something missing they may charge you for the missing items! But off course if you explain that you didn’t consume the items they are very kind and helpful to understand and no charges will be placed. Other wise the personal are very nice and very educated!!

Staff was pretty helpful the only staff I interacted with was front desk and one time with cleaning lady the hotel is perfect if you want more of a local perspective having coffee in the park or a drink. So many restaurants, bars shops near by and the church of course. Grocery stores and pharmacy’s. If your looking to party your in the wrong neighborhood, it’s about 20 min away from el poblado with no traffic and further away from La 70.. make sure your reservation is correct I brought my fiancée and didn’t realize I did not enter two people. Well even though room capacity is for two people I was charged an extra $20 per day total 100 for the extra person. Luckily hotels.com actually credited me and that’s why I will continue to use them. Breakfast was delicious restaurant people (Magda cafe in the hotel) are friendly and kind.
