Gîte on the farm, independent, benefiting from large spaces and a very beautiful point of view. Typical landscape of the east of the department, pretty reliefs and numerous waterways, between Figeac and Saint-Céré, on the first buttresses of Cantal. You will access the gîte by a staircase leading to an outdoor terrace/balcony. On the 1st floor, living room (TV, wood stove) kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave,...) and dining room. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (the two bedrooms have a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed each), bathroom and separate WC. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, a second bedroom with a bed 140m), shower room with wc. Electric heating + wood stove, cellar with washing machine, covered terrace, carport, open ground, climbing frame, basketball hoop, ping-pong table. Baby equipment: bed, cot, chair, deckchair, stroller. Gite not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
