The owners’ home is located on the same property. Private garden with a relaxation area. Pool house converted from an old barn: covered patio with patio furniture, outdoor games, and a gas barbecue/plancha, heated pool (open from May to September). Access to the cottage via about ten steps, or level access is available. First level: living area/fully equipped kitchen (TV, wood-burning stove) with a staircase leading to the first floor: 2 bedrooms, one with two 90x190 beds that can be joined to form a single 180x190 bed (access to the outdoors) and one with a single 160x200 bed (access to a private terrace). Bathroom, separate toilet with sink. Common area/basement: washer and dryer. All-inclusive package. The pool measures 10 m × 5 m with a maximum depth of 1.70 m and is chlorinated.
