Not enough parking. I came late and they got me a parking place for our car. When I checked out next day, they wanted 10 Euros for the parking. I don't like surprise charges that aren't stated before. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Wenn Sie vorhaben, mehr als einen Tag in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, möchte ich sagen, dass es nicht ausreicht, die Zimmerschlüssel an der Rezeption zur Reinigung abzugeben. Sie müssen unbedingt an der Rezeption darum bitten, dass die tägliche Reinigung für Ihr Zimmer durchgeführt wird.

Karten waren nach den ersten 24 h abgelaufen. Mussten neue codiert werden ,Eine zweite Karte gab es nur auf Aufforderung. Türklinke war los, am zweiten tag hatten wir die in der hand. Betten sehr schmal. Und lautes türen knallen weil die türschließer viel zu stram eingestellt waren. Positiv, city nähe. Parken 16,50 neben an in der Congresshalle. Personal ok Zimmer direkte neben dem Aufzug, war nicht ausgebucht ? Bad und bettwaren waren gepflegte und in Ordnung nur für uns 2 zu schmale betten.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Nachdem wir eingecheckt hatten mussten wir feststellen, dass lediglich 2 Einzelbetten im Zimmer standen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es nur, dass das Hotel ausgebucht wäre und kein Familienzimmer mehr frei ist (obwohl wir eins gebucht hatten!). Richtig ernst wurde unser Anliegen an der Rezeption auch nicht genommen. Weiterhin war die Schlüsselkarte schon eine halbe Stunde vor Checkout gesperrt, sodass man weder den Fahrstuhl nutzen noch ins Zimmer gelangen konnte.

Grande chambre très propre. Salle de bain au même niveau. Emplacement parfait proche du centre ville. Petit déjeuner bien achalandé avec, enfin, un vrai expresso disponible.

Erstmal sejr zentral und trotzdem ruhige Lage! Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Check-in verlief sehr schnell. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, schön kuschelig warm, im Winter perfekt! Badezimmer sauber und neu renoviert. Betten waren bequem und ruhig. Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Preis Leistung top, wir können es empfehlen. Umgebung schwer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden, im Hotel kann mam dazu buchen!
