This modern vacation apartment is located in a quiet area next to the local recreation area

Our 90-square-meter vacation apartment features a bright, centrally located hallway with rooms on both the left and right sides. On the left is a beautifully furnished bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, and modern bathroom fixtures. A hair dryer, bath towels, and hand towels are provided. Adjacent to the bathroom is the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, which has everything your heart desires: a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, convection oven, retractable bread machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand mixer, toaster, and a table with seating for four. At the end of the hallway is a large, bright living/dining room with a corner sleeper sofa, a desk, a living room cabinet, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The fully furnished dining room seats four people. From the living room, you can access the covered balcony on the south side, which offers a direct view of the Itzenplitz recreational area. Upon request, we can provide you with an electric grill. An information folder with suggestions for day trips is available. Both bedrooms are located on the right-hand side. One bedroom features a single bed, nightstand, wardrobe, and a bookshelf with interesting reading material. The second bedroom, furnished in a very modern style, features a double bed (2x2 m) with a large wardrobe and a matching sideboard. A travel crib is also available. We also provide bed linens free of charge. The beds will be made before your arrival.

Restaurants, ice cream parlors, bakeries, butcher shops, stores (ranging from boutiques to discount stores to shoe shops), the largest Oktoberfest in the Saarland, numerous medical specialists and pharmacies, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a go-kart track, as well as the SR1 Alm Open Air featuring top-class German-language acts, are all located in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available right next to the house. The train station is about 1.2 km away.
