I can’t fault this hotel; and I have high standards. Every aspect exceeded my expectations - the room was comfortable with a very large bed. The restaurants were excellent and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! The hotel ambassador did a super job of checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure all was as required. This place is absolutely dreamy. Tops as the best hotel we stayed in during all these years. Incredible service staff, meticulously clean rooms and surroundings, Incredible breakfast with Steve the GM working the floor, lush beautiful gardens, breathtaking views of sapa, serene surroundings, architectural masterpiece and well trained, polite staff. Can't wait for our next stay in December. This hotel is worth visiting just to spend time at.

A very good hotel. Nice location and the room are very spacious and luxury. The view is limited and not as great as shown in the picture from the room. But overall a good hotel. Breakfast was decent, have seen better but was above average but not a 5 star hotel breakfast. Food here was not the best, but Sapa is not known for the great food either.

Beautiful hotel in the cloud. The view is so, so beautiful with cloud around you and cool air. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is delicious. One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed. We highly recommend this hotel. A++++
