Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Terrible customer service and experience. During this time there were several floods and even casualties. The hosts were not understanding or forthcoming with information on the condition of the town. There were several warnings to stay away and I have evidence in which the hosts chose to ignore those warnings despite the news, advice from the mayor and governor.
