Townhome 40 sleeps a max of 6 adults and two children. It is a two level unit with kitchen/dining area, living room and half bath on ground level entry. Upstairs is a 2 twin bed loft, full bath, two bedrooms with twin beds, master bedroom, private bath and queen bed. The deck views the golf course, the trout fishing lake and waterfall. This home has Wi-Fi, central air, washer/dryer, Mr. coffee coffee maker and a single car garage. Able to walk to all the amenities, trout fishing lake and the Texas Club. It is 1710sq ft. NOTE: FIREPLACE IS NOT USEABLE. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
