Welcome to the Heillinger Gütl in Ruhpolding. Experience Bavarian hospitality in our newly built farmhouse, idyllically situated on a sunny hill surrounded by lush meadows. Our two ****vacation apartments, “Kleeblatt (first floor)” and “Herzblatt (upper floor),” are furnished in a modern Bavarian country house style and offer every comfort across approximately 65 square meters. Each is equipped with two double bedrooms, a cozy kitchen-diner with a pull-out couch, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet—leaving nothing to be desired. The Heillinger Gütl, whose origins date back to the 16th century, was rebuilt in 2021 with great attention to detail in its historic style. Enjoy the magnificent mountain views from your own balcony or terrace and watch the sun’s path from morning to evening. Our house is the perfect starting point for activities such as hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and ski touring, all of which begin right at our doorstep. Families with children are very welcome here! You can easily reach the center of Ruhpolding in about a 20-minute walk. Your benefit: We are a partner of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. The Unternberg ski area is just 500 meters away and offers excellent conditions for downhill skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. The popular Winklmoos/Steinplatte ski area is also within easy reach.
