Our newly renovated vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic setting right on Lake Froschsee. A large garden with a playground, a lawn for sunbathing, a garden shed, and a barbecue area invite you to relax and unwind. A sauna is also available for your use.
Your benefit: We are a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free activities in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transportation, such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. This way, you can experience the region to the fullest while enjoying many free activities. Upon request, we’d be happy to send you additional information and the detailed terms of use.
Our vacation home features 10 box-spring beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m (the double beds can be separated). There is also a sleeper sofa in one of the 5 bedrooms. We also offer a sauna, free Wi-Fi, a large garden with a playground, and a spacious garden shed with a barbecue area.
There is a large communal kitchen on the first floor and a small kitchenette on the upper floor.

First floor: entryway, sauna, shared kitchen, restroom, accessible bathroom, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, access to the garden via 3 different doors;
Upper floor: coat closet, 2 bedrooms with balconies, each with 1 double bed, bathroom, toilet, kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa + access to an additional bathroom;
