A charming place but minimal

The location is nice, just below an open hillside with a few cows and sheep in a quiet area. The Tudor style cottage is pretty, though it’s best years are perhaps past. If you need a night to stay in a quiet area, then this place would be just fine. For a longer stay, it would be too small and there’s no facility for cooking.

Very unprofessional

Check in time anytime after 3pm. We arrived at 3.30 with no sign of owners after calling book a batch to get a contact number as the owner hadn't sent the property instruction. We waited till 5oclock when contact was finally made meaning we missed the hole reason we came to rotorua. We then came back to the apartment at just before midnight to find the owner had giving are room to one of there family members meaning we had to move to a different house in the early hours of the morning. Extremely unprofessional and i expect a full refund at minimum.
