The room was spacious with comfortable beds, but unfortunately cleanliness wasn't great. There was a smell in the room, perhaps from the carpet or the curtains or the covers, or all three. The air conditioner looked dirty and smelled like the filter had never been cleaned when we turned it on. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming, however no one was answering the phone to help us when reception was unattended and the parking gate wasn't opening the day after.

We were really impressed with our accommodation at Tasman Holiday Parks. It was in a great spot, right next to Kuirau Park. Our room was attractive and very clean with everything you could need provided. The site itself was well equipped with mineral pools, a small swimming pool, washing facilities and so on. Would definitely recommend.

Great family friendly stay in good location, walking distance next to Kuirau park. Their spas weren't in operation but reception gave us free vouchers for the Polynesian Spa which was a nice compliment.

Exemplary customer service and hospitality

Our visit to Tasman holiday park was cosy, private, peaceful, and revitalising. The mineral pool was under maintenance but we were given complimentary access to the polynesian spas which was much appreciated. Lovely customer oriented service at reception and from all staff we engaged with. This venue is highly recommended and we will certainly visit again.

Location was good within fairly short walking distance to main restaurants and bars. Property had nice thermal and communal pools. Room was basic but had everything we needed - although shower temperature was a bit temperamental at times! Would definitely stay again if needed :)
