Check in not welcoming just ok, room quite big, comfy bed and good shower with a small kitchen if needed for basics. In all fairness it was how it was described, mostly for camper vans and caravan’s which isn’t normally a place we would be drawn too as too much like a camp but this was good value in the area. We enjoyed the hot pools and location was good, a short walk into Rotorua.

Wow! What a fantastic holiday park. On arrival the staff were friendly & helpful. The camp cat was the first to greet us at the steeps what a cutie 😍 The grounds were amazing, Loads of things to keep the kiddies entertained. The common areas were modern, clean and spacious. Thermal pools were hot and very inviting, it's just real shame we never had time to utilise them. Our cabin exceeded all expections. Clean tidy and modern. Will we be back absolutely!!
