Exceptionally helpful staff.

In my view all true businesses are about people and your staff was refreshingly service minded. I would add that except in rare cases, that’s because the staff is well treated by management so I congratulate you all! Thanks for the type of stay that nearly perfectly suited my needs!

Roaches in the bathrooms of all of my rooms I rented for the weekend, and the morning staff at checkout was INCREDIBLY rude due to false accusations started the night before. I will not ever stay at your hotel again. Like ever

Nice clean room, easy access, convenient location, strong water pressure, nice hot shower, safe area, many restaurants nearby, friendly staff. Need to bring your own shampoo (only 2 little soaps provided). Won’t hesitate to stay here again

The lady at the front desk was nice when I checked in. However, the room was dirty and I saw 3 roaches in the morning. After I saw that, I quickly packed up my things and left at around 4:00 am. I informed the front desk lady (different person than the one I spoke to at check in) and she said that they “just sprayed” for roaches. She made no other comment, nor did she apologize for the incident.

Stayed in July 2025 and the side door was not working correctly. Stayed there again in October of 2025 and the side door was still broken. I asked if it was fixed and was told by the girl an the desk that it doesn't work and has never worked but I was able to exit but not able to gain entry. Fix the Damn door!!!!!!!!!

The front desk was really friendly and polite and although they did offer me another room I did not take another room because they were still cockroaches no matter what floor you were on the last night that we spent there the next morning there was a baby dead cockroach underneath my shirt that I took off in the morning although I booked my room with Expedia the front desk said they would probably be unable to refund anything do to me paying cash but they should have notified Expedia about the Cockroaches if they had done that I would have picked a different Motel

Staff was rude. I paid for a room with a queen size bed and got a single double bed instead. When I went to try to correct it the lady at the desk said it was a queen bed and the they did not have any rooms with just a double bed. I measured the bed, it was a double. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had a terrible drip really a stream that I had to listen to all night and the AC quit working half way thru the night.

Clean room and the staff was super nice! We stayed on the way up to Colorado and again on the way back. Hallway carpet was meh, but room was clean and comfy. They had cameras in the parking lot that they monitored so we felt safer leaving some furniture in the bed of the truck.

Not Bad for the Price

It wasn't a bad hotel, but there was some issues with the smell in the 1st room and then a broken lock in the second room.
