Room was not clean. There were roaches, an empty liquor bottle, and sock on the floor in the room. It clearly had not been cleaned. Front desk staff was amazing, showed us 3 other rooms to help make us comfortable. Found a clean one and had no further issues.

Filthy and nasty. Dirty and stained sheets and towels. The fridge had food in it. The pool and jacuzzi was underfilled. It looked like there was a spot of blood in the pool area the size of a quarter. 3 to 4 items for breakfast and lastly they leave the feces outside and dont have it cleaned up or fine the owners of the pets to clean it. Feces all over the property. I left my room early due to how disgusting it was. Housekeeping treated the morning like a party with their heckling and loud laughter.

The room itself was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The hotel building was a little scary, including the outside surroundings. Parts of the building are closed off and have broken windows.

First no blanket when we checked in was told thy where locked up next no pool or hot tub out of service the next day we did not have our room clean so when I called in the morning and said you have to request a room cleaning so I did they did not clean it while we were gone no fresh towels finally clean the room on the third day got towels next morning no hot water. No coffee in the room from the start was the worst day. People fighting in the halls. Door was left. Open all night to have a cold draft not good.
