The staff is very friendly,check in was very easy. This hotel is very clean. I've stayed here before, and I'm very happy with my choice. The rooms are clean, and well stocked. Breakfast is very good. My grandson was graduating, there was many of us, and we all enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely stay there again if we go to Roswell again.

Beautiful hotel and overall nice with the exception of the curtains in my room. The had what like like chocolate or old blood on it. Grossed me out either way. Also found trash under the love seat. Clean could have been friendlier. She was kind of rude. She didn't give me any type of info not even about my room until I asked.

The only problem I had was the people upstairs were very noisy. I called the front desk 3x's. She was alone so she could not tend to it immediately but she did evenually and it did get quite. I understood and appreciated it!

The room, staff and breakfast were well above average! When we checked in after driving 9 hours, we went to rest in our room. There was so much pounding noise above us. I called the front desk, then my sister went down about 30 minutes later because the banging upstairs continued! The front desk said they were moving furniture upstairs….seriously? Then.children were running and screaming up and down the halls with mom yelling after them! I went out to my car about 8::30 to get some sleep, I came back in about 10pm and was able to finally fall asleep. In my many years of travel I have never experienced such mayhem and noise for an extended period of time without resolution.

To add on about the bullet casing that was found since I left a bad review they're saying that they can't prove that I found it in the room when I did give it to them and the manager acknowledged it and said he would refund me but then changed his mind. Here's the screen shot below. Terrible place

We stayed on both ends of our Thanksgiving trip. Both rooms were ok. AC unit was dirty in both rooms. The bed closest to the AC the second sleeper has zero room and had to climb over their bed mate. The bathrooms had not been cleaned well and there were some dirty spots on the desks. On the Saturday before TGiving, the chocolate milk in the dispenser was bad and the selection of food had gone down. This will be our last stay here. Used to be our go to in Roswell. Disappointing.

We stayed here 2 nights, on the second night we found a 9mm bullet casing in our pull out mattress. My 10 month old had put it in her mouth and when I called to complain about it I was told well at least she didn't swallow it and there was no kind of concern. Very disappointed in this hotel.
