"Room was not 100% clean and towels were very thin and stained. Possible bedbugs, as I found little bites after sleeping in bed. No elevators in property. Vending machines 80% empty. LOUD Domestic disturbance in my hallway at 2am. "

Doors closing in hallway were extremely loud. Elevators were slow. At several times I thought the elevator wasnt working at all. Pool area was not clean. Pool water was cloudy. Was awakened at 7 in the morning to lawn maintenance being performed outside. Phone in room worked poorly. Poor lighting in room. One of the lights wasn't working. I should also mention poor placement of the toilet paper roll My kids couldn't reach it when they were sitting on the toilet."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for repairs… staff was very friendly. Has plenty of parking and no need to look for a gas station, store, or restaurant they are all close by… as is the highway for travel."
