The staff was wonderful! Both restaurants, the front desk & valet … all were very kind and genuine! The room was clean, beds were comfortable. You might need extra pillows, they flatten quickly. It was a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

This is our go-to for an overnight getaway for our anniversary. My husband and I both work 70 hour work weeks, so we're looking for a quiet getaway where we can literally fall asleep early. Check in is usually quick and simple, and you're quickly whisked away to your room (use the room's keycard to access the guest rooms). The rooms are always very clean. We had a great view of the river and the walkways and watching the drawbridge change colors at night.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Opted to park in a lot down the street for $8 overnight, instead of the $34 valet. Free coffee in room and lobby in the morning. Room had a smsll refrigerator. Great views of the water and walking distance to area attractions.

The room was great and had an amazing view. The bed was comfy and the invitation to watch the fireworks from the rooftop was a bonus. The staff did not seem to know anything about the area or the rooftop event. The valet were slow and brought our car around and parked it in the lot and we had to go out in the pouring rain to get into it. Parking in Toledo was awful. You couldn't go anywhere if you had to park your car. The lots were charging $15-30 for parking.
