A covered terrace facing southwest offers a pleasant outdoor space. The lower level includes two comfortable double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower and two handy storage rooms.
Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and a private covered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).
