This lovely apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a residence with a swimming pool and elevator, just 500 m from the beach. Recently renovated, it features a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a single sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment also offers a spacious terrace with a sun awning, table, and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A dishwasher, washing machine, and one reserved parking space are available for guests.
