The staff during my stay was very friendly. The room seemed clean and the bed was very comfotable , however the comforter was sheet thin and there was only a very thin blanket with it. The pillows were lumpy and hard. When I laid down I noticed webs with crawling insects all along the ceiling above my head. I could see how they could have been easily missed by a maid in a hurry so I just got a tissue and got rid of them. In the bathroom there was dog chow in front of the shower so I started looking more carefully at the floor and behind the door when it was open had not been swept in at least a week. Otherwise the room seemed clean. I did not mention this to the desk clerk which was a big mistake. Two days after I left they took another 28$ out of my checking account, when I called they said it was a pet fee. When I said I did not have a pet, and I had never mentioned a pet when I checked in, she said she would have her manager call me. Two days went by with no call. When I called back she said it wasn't a pet fee it was because I stole a pillow and she would have the manager call me! I was livid! I told her their pillows were terrible, though their beds were great, their pillows were like a case stuffed with a buch of old washcloths and towels and hard as a rock. I could not even use them. This was Oct. 13 and 14, 2025, it's now Nov.12, the manager has yet to call. I do not recommend this place. They have no hot food for breakfast.

The people in the room above us stomped across the floor,slammed drawers shut, dragged the chair across the floor - non-stop until 12:30 am. We got no sleep until then. The room was not clean. Floor was filthy and there were unknown substance smears on the walls.

Left at 11pm . Itching all over and the bed had a lot of black spots and a couple larger beige ones. Seemed to be bed bugs. Yikes. I then just drove until 2am to just get home Never had an experience like that before and the room reeked of a floral smell to point I aired it out with open windows and doors. Strangely the big windows in the back were open when I arrived. Also the mattress was encased in a plastic cover. Felt like they were aware of an issue Worse experience I have had traveling in decades
