We wanted a downstairs room because my sister has difficulty climbing stairs but they had no double queen beds downstairs so we would have had to pay extra for a downstairs king bedroom. We got the upstairs room but I don't think people should have to pay extra to not climb stairs!

We checked in, took a few things to room. Used barhroom, found black mold around toilet. Shower area was filthy. Went back to office to asked for a refund. Clerk said we had to call expedia. So i will try.

Very load because the freeway there everything shakes and rumbles. Very thin walls. We also got BED BUGS! I also got bed bug bites on my arms under my arm pits and under my butt cheek. The sheets has cigarette holes and burns. The bathroom was clean the room was clean. Breakfast is not fancy it’s just yogurt and 2 different cereals and danishes and bobs oatmeal’s. It’s was quiet in the room until about 4 in the morning that’s when I started to hear people. Also lots of druggy people. I do not recommend the stay.

This hotel was very disappointing. The front desk guy was very nice and cordial. If I could give him five stars alone I would but the rest of it was awful. It was on a busy street and I’m not sure what else was surrounding it but every five minutes it sound like a semi, drove across the roof. The room itself was filthy dirty our shower was full of long black hairs the floors within two minutes of walk around in my socks, made my socks black. They hadn’t changed the sheets on the bed. There was dirt and sand at the bottom of the sheets inside, and it felt at night like you were being bitten by bugs Not to mention the room was teeny tiny and every wall every baseboard everything was filthy and then it claims that it has continental breakfast a 3 foot bar with a coffee maker and prepackaged danishes is not continental breakfast. I would definitely never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anybody.
