The bed was very comfortable. I had to call front desk because TV wouldn't work. She came by and was very helpful. Said TVs are outdated, so she had to push a bunch of buttons to get to the correct HDMI for it to work. Carpet dirty, and bathroom also dingy looking with poor lighting. I didn't like that the room front door was outside. More like a motel. Didn't feel safe especially with homeless living in a car close by. Dead bugs in light fixture above bathroom sink. Food was only luke warm this morning.

Really glad we stayed here! Room faces the beautiful river…could sit outside on patio and take in all the beauty! Breakfast was great! Tv had lots of channels and convenient location!

The property is very very old. TVs don’t work well, spiders and bugs in the room. Bathroom become steamy saunas due to lack of ventilation, and the staff is ignorant. Save your money. Stay somewhere else.

Don't bother with the free breakfast in the mornin

Checking in at the time was great. but the next morning woke up and they had not gotten stocked for the food.We waited for over and half an hour and then we left. For what you pay for the room, they need to have more food or different employees. They are very slow when it comes to having a hot breakfast.

NOt asking us for preference and putting us in a room with outside access and stunk like wet dogs. The room was stuffy and smelly. We did not sleep well at all - a far cry from our general experience with Holiday Inn Express

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are clean and pretty. The staff are wonderful and quick. The breakfast maybe could use a facelift. The food is ok but tsome of it doesnt tast that great. The omlettes are like rubbery and no flavor and the sausage isnt very good.

Hot day in July

Very nice breakfast. Had a nice pool, hot tub, and gym. Good location and convenient to many things. Very nice facility. What you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express.
