Our stay was wonderful! Property was clean... Beds were comfortable... Spacious apt for 6 of us. Centrally located to upscale shops...good restaurants and coffee shops... Spanish Steps and other must see locations are within walkable distance.Our communication with host Alessandro was great from beginning to end!We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Rome! The location was one of the biggest highlights. It’s within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, and we were able to walk to the Colosseum in about 30minutes. We made several stops along the way to browse shops and enjoy the city, which made the walk even more enjoyable. The place is located in the high end area according to our uber driver right next to all luxury stores which I love The building has elevator access, which was a huge plus—especially in the summer heat after spending long days exploring Rome. It made carrying luggage and getting back to the apartment much easier. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and everything felt fresh and tidy. The neighborhood also felt safe and pleasant. One thing to note is that the second-floor loft bedroom is accessed by stairs, so it may not be ideal for very young children or anyone with mobility concerns. We traveled with our 8½-year-old son, and he had no problems going up and down since he’s responsible and comfortable using stairs. There’s also a lovely rooftop area. Unfortunately, we only stayed for two nights and spent most of our time exploring Rome, so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay while visiting Rome.
