Attico al settimo piano con eccellente vista panoramica su Roma, molto pulito e ospitale, luminoso, con spazi interni ed ben organizzati. Sito nel quartiere della movida romana ma tranquillo, a poco più di 5 minuti a piedi da Ponte Milvio, in posizione strategica per Stadio Olimpico ma a un quarto d'ora dal centro con i mezzi pubblici (attraversando Ponte Milvio c'è il capolinea Mancini del tram 2 che in un quarto d'ora porta a piazzale Flaminio). È la soluzione ideale chi cerca una base logistica impeccabile per vivere la magia di Roma da una prospettiva privilegiata ed esclusiva. Consigliatissimo!
