Such a great place. Spacious and cool architecture. Massive bath tub and room. Excellent location. You walk out the front door and the Colosseum is right there. Everything is walkable. We even walked to Vatican city. We found excellent food once we got out of the tourist areas. So much to explore and having a comfortable safe place to sleep made rhe trip even more enjoyable.

Check in experience was difficult. Front desk woman called me 3 times the day of check in to find out my exact time of check in. I came within with allotted window of time. Despite this, I still had to wait for her to get there & she was rude- questioning why I didn’t “register on line” or respond to her messaging me while I was enjoying my vacation. Their site requires a “reservation code” to register, but this is not a number provided by hotels.com, so I could not register. I explained this, but continued to get berated by this woman. Room was clean & beautiful. However, needs more light & mirrors- for makeup, etc. Nice location. Would recommend as long as you cross your ts & dot your is with them.

Very helpful manager Giulia; she got our room ready early, help arrange transportation to the airport, provided restaurant recommendations etc. The location was fabulous, near the colosseum, the forum, and other notable landmarks. Also the best bed out of five hotels in Italy ie not rock hard, yay!

Fantastically located, room was tastefully decorated and appointed, and generously sized which always makes for a more relaxing stay away from home when travelling with suitcases! Great communication and value for money. Very close to Colosseum and great restaurants

It’s so close to colosseum that you can see from balcony. The location is amazingly close. There is access to metro but we could also just walk to trevi fountain pantheon.
