Our room was clean and quiet. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially our cleaning lady who made sure we knew where to get extra towels and hygiene supplies if the lobby was closed. The door man also went out of his way to show us how the building locks worked. Very helpful and friendly.

The property was nice and it was in a convenient area. There was no dresser to store clothes so we ended up using the couch/extra bed/table which meant the only place to sit was the bed. Bathroom and main room were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This private hotel is very clean, totally renovated ,modern with large shower. I love it! Very close to Vatican City 3min wolk.

Very nice place close to the Vatican and other sites. Clean and large rooms. Only issue we had was staff was not available from 8:30-4:30 like listed. We did the pay at hotel option and had to coordinate a time to meet to pay.

A very clean and well kept property. It is virtually unmanned full time, exceot for the very attentive and professional cleaners who come in and sort the room. Very easy, no-fuss stay.

Great solution with lovely staff

The place was really good, well localized, safe to walk around and easy to walk or get a bus. The service was amazing, everyone very friendly, self service worked very well, little things that surprise you in a good way like a coffee in the common space, space for luggage, flexibility to solve little things. The staff was really kind with our family.

Very clean, up-to-date accommodation, conveniently located. Quiet, private, close to restaurants and tourist sites. Very accommodating staff. One suggestion: provide more precise directions to the guest house for arriving guests. It's very difficult to find--and it's not marked. Also, provide walking maps of the city and a list of recommended restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
