Take a break from the stress at our apartment located in the heart of the Balduina residential neighborhood. In this quiet and relaxing space, you’ll find all the amenities you need for your trip to Rome, including a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home. Located near all the amenities you’ll need during your stay, our apartment is just a few minutes from the Cipro Metro A station, which will take you to the capital’s main attractions.

The Space

The apartment is a comfortable, quiet, and very bright thanks to its location at the highest point of Via Lattanzio—so much so that even though it’s on the second floor, you can enjoy a splendid view of Rome from every window in the apartment, the master bedroom features a very spacious 6-door closet and is equipped with all amenities, including a TV facing the bed; the comfortable bathroom also includes a washing machine; the kitchen has an induction cooktop and everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home; the living room features a state-of-the-art TV and a 4-seater sofa that can easily be converted into an extra bed for another guest; the living room also includes an extendable table for comfortable dining.

Guest Access

guests can check in completely independently using a key box located near the intercom. By entering a code that we’ll provide at check-in, guests can retrieve the keys and enter the apartment.
