Summary:

In the heart of Trastevere, on Via Titta Scarpetta, an entire apartment for 4 guests, a few minutes' walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere. A bedroom with a queen bed plus a second room with a sofa bed; one full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. All around, Rome's most authentic and lively neighborhood, between trattorias and cobbled lanes. The apartment is on the second floor (4 flights of stairs), no elevator. Check-in with on-site welcome.



The Space:

Entire single-level apartment for 4 guests. On entering, a cozy living room with a sofa and TV. The master bedroom features a queen bed and tall, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes. A sliding door leads to a second room with a sofa bed for extra guests, ideal for couples or small families, along with a fully equipped laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, plus a dining table. Air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, TV and washer. Beds are made up for the number of guests booked; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one towel set per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment and a set of keys just for them. Please note: the apartment is on the second floor with 4 flights of stairs, and the building has no elevator. Check-in takes place with in-person welcome. It is important to inform us of your arrival time in advance. The welcome is possible when: the online form has been completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; the city tax has been paid; the apartment is ready. The same conditions apply to early check-in, which must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

Trastevere is one of Rome's most beloved and authentic neighborhoods, a maze of cobbled lanes, ivy-covered facades and lively piazzas. A few minutes' walk away are the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa and the Tiber Island. By evening the area comes alive with traditional trattorias, wine bars and artisan shops. The Janiculum Hill above offers one of the finest panoramic views over the city.



Getting Around:

The area is well connected. Tram 8 links Trastevere to Largo Argentina and the historic center in a few minutes, and several bus lines serve the neighborhood. Trastevere train station and the connection to Fiumicino airport are nearby. The area is subject to ZTL (limited traffic zone): if arriving by car, a paid parking garage is recommended. Fiumicino airport is about 30-40 minutes away, Ciampino about 35-45 minutes, by taxi or shuttle.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 6:00 PM the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).



Luggage storage: possible before check-in or after check-out at our office in Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be checked in advance by writing to us.



When contacting us via WhatsApp, phone or email, always indicate the name of the property and the check-in date.



Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.

Late-arrival surcharge for check-in with on-site welcome: € 25 after 21:00, € 50 after 24:00, € 100 after 2:00.
