Perfect stay in Rome. Cannot say enough about the staff, truly great and friendly service. Rooms a spacious, clean, comfortable, and classy. The rooms are all different, and I have stayed in a few different classes and they are all nice. Breakfast is a joy, healthy and delicious. Location cannot be beat, right off Piazza Navona. Just about everything is in walking distance. Cannot wait to return!

5 Stars Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction, always warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The room was comfortable, elegant, and a delight to return to after a day of exploring. The included breakfast was terrific—refined, high-quality, and a wonderful way to start each morning. Hotel Raphael is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful area of Rome. The service team at the hotel were very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed their roof top terrace which offer beautiful views of Rome. The dining options at the hotel are excellent. Their breakfast is very good and we enjoyed some of their restaurant dishes on their terrace. Overall, a wonderfully located hotel that was a pleasure to visit.
