The property itself was very clean. Located inside a nice building with locking gates and main doors. Plenty of space to unpack, get comfortable, cook, and sit back if needed. Location is just far enough that you can easily take the bus. But close enough to walk as well. We did the 6am walk to all the main attractions before the crowds and loved it. Be sure to take advantage of the park! It is full of trails and is beautiful. We used it several times to get to the metro or to and from main attractions. I will note the lockbox is located a short 1/2 block past the entrance on a gate that is covered in ivy. Easy to miss. But they send you a video on the checkin day showing where it is. Super easy.
