The young girl on the dayshift is rude I went to ask her a question and she said like everyone else here you want to be first that was not the question I asked her they say their rooms are sound proof they are not there we’re young kids running around the hotel throwing things screaming and so loud we could not sleep I was on floor one I cannot imagine the staff did not hear all that noise I called down and they came up and it stopped then on our last day the air conditioner ran all night and day we could not shut it off and lastly the taller doorman needs to greet people coming in and not have a frown on his face not a personable person the guy that helps you with your bags is wonderful friendly and helpful

Lovely stay at the hotel! Great location if you are looking to be near Vatican City. The staff was very welcoming from letting us check in early and helping us with our luggage. The morning breakfast was also delicious with so many options! Would stay here again!
