Never received an answer

I called the hotel 48 hours before our check in never got an answer I sent an email telling them to cancel and I pressed the cancel button never reiceved confirmation and then called a day before no answer at night before check in second day I walked to the hotel and I have a video tape as a proof with no answer I asked for my refund also no answer and my money was taken although I booked on the refundable booking I paid more to the San Paolo Rome hotel to stay there and they know about the whole story They should not keep my money since there service sucks and it’s not my fault so please refund me the 70€ and I will never recommend this hotel service to anyone ever

Rome 3 Nights

Lovely clean hotel, ideal for short breaks. The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s also very near the Metro station. Will stay there again!

Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Posizione strategica per la vicinanza alla stazione Metro linea B ( meno di cento metri), al Centro Prelievi del Bambin Gesù e alla Chiesa di San Paolo Fuori le Mura ( chiesa stupenda da vedere per chi viene a Roma).

Posizione strategica e hotel ben curato

Posizione comodissima, sia per la vicinanza con metropolitana e diverse fermate autobus. Ho soggiornato poche notti, in occasione di una conferenza presso la vicina Università, raggiungibile comodamente piedi. Camera ok, letto comodo, bagno adeguato e pulito (unica pecca l'illuminazione un po' carente e il phon non comodissimo per chi ha i capelli lunghi). Personale molto gentile. Non ho usufruito del servizio colazione.

Ottimo per chi deve fare una visita all'ospedale Bambin Gesù S.Paolo. Anche per chi vuole visitare Roma, nei dintorni facile trovare parcheggio. Trovi tutti mezzi vicino (metro - autobus ) Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a Roma lo sceglierei di nuovo

聖パオロ大聖堂に極めて近いホテル

聖パオロ大聖堂で遅い時刻までイベントがあったので、やむなく泊まりましたが、部屋は適温に設定されておらず寒いし、何より、ベッドのスプリングが最悪で体中が痛くなりました。

Super nettes Hotel

Super nettes Hotel mit perfekter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wer großen Luxus erwartet für den Preis, naja dem ist nicht gerecht zu werden. Aber uns hat es perfekt gepasst! Meine Schwester und ich hatten ein Doppelbettzimmer und kamen eigentlich nur abends zum Duschen und Schlafen ins Hotel zurück. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als es geregnet hat wurde uns angeboten das Frühstück auf´s Zimmer serviert zu bekommen, damit wir nicht im Regen essen. Der Hotelbesitzer konnte für Italiens Verhältnisse super gut Englisch was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wenn uns das Hotelpersonal in der U-Bahn begegnet ist, sind sie von sich aus auf uns zugekommen und haben Tipps gegeben in welche Richtung oder auf welches Gleis wir müssen. Da wir Großstadtkinder sind haben uns die Gleise direkt vor dem Hotel nichts ausgemacht und auch so waren wir nicht darauf aus einen schönen Ausblick zu haben aus unserem Fenster, da wir eh kaum Zeit im Hotel verbracht haben. Wenn man eine solche monomentale Stadt wie Rom für einige Tage besucht bleibt nicht viel Zeit um diese im Hotelzimmer zu sitzen. Alles in einem werden wir dort wieder buchen sollten wir nochmals eine Reise nach Rom antreten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super!
