Family overnight stay in Rome. Family room had a great king size bed with firm excellent mattress and then 2 single sleeper couch beds which had awful mattresses for our 12 and 13 year olds. Room got so hot at night and we could not adjust the thermostat. Called the front desk and they said to open a window - which was great except for my daughter’s bed next to the window, so she was getting really cold. An ok stay, but won’t stay here again

Room was small, clean but decent queen size bed (enough to fit 2 people) this was a solo trip for me, so it was fine. Checking in and out was quick and easy (you will pay a Rome city tax for every night, which is government ordinance). Breakfast is buffet style and 15 euros a day. The only complaints that I had is some (not all) of the staff were a little standoffish. Also had wanted to organize taxi to the airport due to an early flight. Everywhere including tour guides told me that a taxi to the airport within Rome is a flat rate of 55 euros regardless of time and date. Reception told me that it was an additional10-15 euros more cause I was ordering a taxi before 5am on a Monday. I took the Leonardo express that started to operate 4:50am.

Helpful and friendly staff who arranged an inexpensive transfer to and from the airport. Room was very large with a wonderful adjustable bed to allow you to choose your sleeping position. Balcony was huge although just a view of the rooftop restaurant in the building opposite but still really nice to have somewhere to sit outside. Cleanliness was immaculate throughout the entire hotel. Area is very busy because it's near a station but that means loads of places nearby to eat and drink nothing too expensive. All the main tourist locations within a reasonable walking distance. Area felt very safe. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but there was a reasonable choice. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around easy. I couldn’t figure out the AC unit, so the room temperature was a bit tricky for me. The more surprising part was that other guests were mistakenly assigned my room and walked in a couple of times. Thankfully, the front desk handled it quickly, and we didn’t have to switch rooms since we were already settled.

The entire experience, the room could not even fit two adults and our luggage. It was a door, a bed, a bathroom with a shower not fit for adult sizes. To top it off the parking was in no way included, yet when I first booked a month ago it showed as included in the room price. The front desk service was non existent, they treated us like peasants, oh and they said to us that we were not allowed breakfast unless we paid. However everyone else was, I will continue to let everyone know to never book their stay here. The area is also very dangerous. Thanks a lot Expedia and Augusta Lucilla palace

Room was good but very noisy all night from outside streets Cleaning staff very noisy shouting in corridors early morning seemingly oblivious to clients sleeping A couple of room issues which we reported which at first front desk seemed disinterested in but we persisted and they fixed great location

The staff was very helpful, and friendly. The best part maybe trivial but in Rome cannot be taken for granted, a late check in is possible. Because our flight was getting in late (2:00am) checking in late was pretty important. This was one on the few hotels that offered a late check in. The location is very convenient as well.
