Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Rome! Mario met us at the apartment and showed us everything. Our apartment was perfect for me and my two teenagers. The kids had their own bedroom and twin beds. The place was very spacious and the neighborhood felt safe. It was a 10ish minute walk to the metro, then a few stops to most of the tourist attractions. Great if you want to be away from the chaos, but you need extra travel time. The metro is super easy to navigate though. We got a 72 hour pass and rode it everywhere. Ubers are also very fast to pick up. We took those a few times as well. I would recommend if you have a family that needs space and doesn’t want to be right in the middle of the tourist area.

Great Property, Great Host, a bit challenging location.

I cannot say enough about the hospitality of Mario. He was so helpful and communicative. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There is not a separate living room from the master, but the room is very spacious. There is a nice courtyard in front. Our challenge with the location was getting a taxi in the morning. That may be the case in other places as well, but it was definitely a bummer when we missed a tour because the taxi services were busy and we were not in a highly traveled area. Mario was so accommodating to us and let us check in early. He was fabulous.

Spacious apartment in a perfect location

With easy and comprehensive access to the city, this spacious flat in Testaccio is hard to beat. Very near Testaccio market. Very near a great variety of bus routes. Near to the metro. Plenty of Romans live in the area will make sure that everything works as it should.

Lovely Rome apartment

My sister and I stayed here for a week exploring the city and were delighted with the place and its location. We were within walking distance of many historical sites, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Our host Mario met us on arrival and showed us everything, and followed up with us during the week We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent the apartment again if we are able to return. Mia sorella ed io siamo stati qui per una settimana esplorando la città e siamo rimasti incantati dal posto e dalla sua posizione. Eravamo a pochi passi da molti siti storici, negozi e ristoranti. L'appartamento era molto pulito, confortevole e ben arredato. Il nostro ospite Mario ci ha incontrato all'arrivo e ci ha mostrato tutto e ci ha seguito durante la settimana Siamo stati benissimo e non esiteremmo ad affittare di nuovo l'appartamento se potessimo tornare.

Séjour sympathique chez marii

Nous recommandons ce logement avec beaucoup de plaisir. Localisation top surtout si on vient en voiture. Appartement localisé au début de la zone ZTL. On a pu donc se parquer à courte distance à pied du logement. Parking payant mais qu'on peut gérer à distance grâce à une application.Quartier relativement calme à l'écart du centre de Rome donc peu de circulation et nombreux bus aux alentours qui vous emmènent vers les spots romains. Il y a à proximité une pizzeria où nous avons pu bien manger le dernier soir loin du bruit des quartiers plus touristiques et un peu plus loin un super marché pour y faire ses courses quotidiennes. Logement correctement équipé, propre et net. Belle salle de douche, literie confortable. Communication aisée avec Mario le propriétaire.Seul bémol l'équipement de la cuisine  pourrait être complété à peu de frais avec quelques ustensiles (bols et plat pour le four) et des condiments (huile et vinaigre notamment).

Un appartement tout confort dans un quartier central

L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et dans un quartier qui permet de rejoindre à pieds les sites de la Rome antique (le Colisée, les forums romains, le Palatin, le Circus Maximus, les thermes de Caracalla). Je recommande vivement.
