It was a great stay Here at this hostel, i will recommend it to anyone i know coming to Rome. It's really budget friendly , welcoming reception and it's a great place to get to know another international students travelers and others. I am happy that i spent some days here before moving out ^^

The hostel has a great location and a nice terrace, which were definitely the highlights of my stay. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately she seemed to be handling everything on her own. It is clear that one person cannot manage all the tasks alone. The main issues were the lack of cleanliness and organization. The toilets were often dirty, and there were simply not enough of them for the number of guests. The overall atmosphere felt quite chaotic at times. In addition, there is no café or similar facility in the hostel. This place has potential, but it urgently needs more staff and better organization. With improved management and cleaner facilities, the guest experience would be much better.

If you get the curly haired Moroccan looking chap prepare for hitting your head against a wall Getting what I can only describe as a flannel as a towel then pretending there no desposit after 2 days is ridiculous Apart from that you pay for what you get

The location was good as it is close to the Roma Termini station. I wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone. The people were not clean who stayed there. The bathrooms are not clean and lacked basic amenities. The bunk bed made creaking noises. The people coming in and out whole night made it difficult to get sleep.

Overall location is pretty close to attractions, either walking or by transit. But if you’re a very light sleeper like me, it can get very noisy at night because of the busy street and sometimes noisy roommates in the dorms. Communal dinning area and terrace was nice, but we couldn’t figure out how to use the stove lol. And I recommend having a sim plan that has calling because when we arrived and tried ringing the doorbell, we were waiting quiet a while before being let in.

Good Price, Poor Quality

Hostel had little to no amenities, other guests had poor etiquette and cleanliness. Other guests would leave food out that attracted bugs and were noisy when coming and going in the late evenings. Staff was kind and accommodating. Overall it was a fair experience for the price.

Decent for the price, however issues with basic amenities. Shower was half broken, half the power points didn’t work, no towels available for all three nights, window wouldn’t close. However bed was decently nice and they brought in a portable a/c during a really hot day
