Pros: The staff was outstanding. They were both helpful and gracious. The hotel was right in a central area where everything we wanted to see was accessible by either walking or a short cab ride. Cons: Although it was cool outside, the room would get hot. We asked to have the thermostat turned down because it was centrally controlled but it still got hot. Opening the door was not an option because we were right off of a large street and it was noisy with the balcony doors open. The water temperature in the shower was only lukewarm and wouldn't get hot. It would have also been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room for sitting down to relax. There was a sort of couch but it was not comfortable. Overall, I would stay there again because of the incredible staff and the location but it would be nice if those items I listed were considered.

Wonderful location, awesome staff, wonderful experience, beautiful view. Just an all around wonderful experience, made our experience in Rome so much more! If we ever get a chance to go back to Rome will definitely choose this hotel again! Walking distance to so many wonderful sites. The staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. It looks like it may have been renovated recently. It’s very close to many famous attractions like the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, so it was very convenient to be able to take a quick walk to so many places. It took me just over 20 minutes to walk to the Colusseum. There are also plenty of great restaurants and shopping near the hotel. It’s on a busy pedestrian-only street, but my room was still very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Easy walking distance to a lot of Rome attractions. Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. It's on a busy street but once the windows were closed, we heard very little street noise. We were in the 4th floor. Our little terrace was great for coffee in the morning or a couple of glasses of wine before dinner.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel . Ideally located especially for a solo traveller . Staff very helpful and friendly . Cleaning staff just great women , the room was left spotless every day of my stay , couldn’t thank them enough . All amenities including some landmarks within walking distance . Would highly recommend this hotel . It’s in the very centre so is priced on the high side but for safety & convenience for a solo traveller , worth every penny !

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in a very popular area so it was loud and extremely crowded. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was nice to have to sit outside.
