Location was perfect for us because it was just outside the restricted driving zone with an easy parking garage, yet easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain as well as many restaurants, shops, etc. Also the metro station was very close. We booked this hotel last minute so had to choose the smallest room in the hotel. I was a little concerned but I didn't need to be. The room was definitely very small but it was very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and had every amenity we're used to. It was a very cute and comfortable room. The breakfast menu was very good. A lot of choices to eat. The housekeeping in room can leave a lot to be desired with regard to a couple room attendance.
