Hotel was beautiful and conveniently located near a metro station which makes it easy to commute to and from the airport and main tourist sites. It also has a lovely bar and seating areas. We will definitely be returning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning and was definitely worth the money. It had lots to choose from, again the staff were very attentive and always ready to assist. I'd definitely stay again. Also, we really enjoyed the location, it was very walkable to all of the major sites and had a small grocery store next to it, the whole area felt very safe as well.

The hotel was fine. The elevators are very small as was my shower. The lights are controlled by room key, so if you remove the key from the slat the lights shut-off - in short you either have the entire room and bathroom lit or are in the dark. Also, there’s no iron or coffee maker.

The room was clean the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a great spot near Piazza del Popolo and only a few steps from the Metro which will get you almost anywhere in Rome.

We are repeat customers at River Palace, and for good reason! The property is beautiful. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the metro and lots of dining, shopping, and attractions. The overwhelming use of air fresheners gave us horrible headaches and allergy attacks. The air was so perfumed it was unbelievable. Carpets were stained and there was barely enough room to move. The staff were quite professional and helpful, and the location great, but the amenities made it a poor choice. The photos made the room look far better than it was. I never leave bad reviews, but this was over the top.
